When life gives you lemons…! We love to turn things down, see prospects in the dark, and make something out of nothing. How else we could transform an old 70s residence house into a contemporary cabin house with a private yard and an incredible sea view? The spacious yard is optimally designed to include luxurious amenities like a garden, a playground, a bbq area, and a pool plunge, as well as a private parking area. The main concept is based on the lush environment in green shades making the perfect connection between the construction and the benefits of the location. The decoration is refined and applied with lightweight, pure materials, following the natural forms of the surrounding ecosystem respectfully to the uniqueness and the history of the building.
