Tolo, Nauplio 

The one became two. Simply and beautifully, we give birth to two modern two-story houses with amazing sea views in Tolo, Nauplio. The Siamese-type houses split into two similar buildings, yet with another orientation of the front. The idea? To make the most of the previous building, experimenting with different perspectives, while incorporating them into the same vision. Based on the contemporary philosophy of sustainability, the final blend consists of earthy raw materials -with rock and wood dominant the concept-, in simple and elegant forms, sustainably designed respectfully to the environment. Living-room and kitchen are located on the first floor, the bedrooms and rest of the rooms are on the second floor, and there is also a guest bedroom in the attic.
